This store is operated by Boa Essentials. Email: boaessentials@gmail.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

You must be at least 18 to order. The contract is concluded when we ship your order. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock), we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. You pay with the methods shown at checkout; we don't store your card details.

4. Shipping and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel and a 2-year legal guarantee.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

6. Content

All texts, images and logos in this store belong to us and may not be used without permission.

7. Law and disputes

Greek law applies, without removing the protection of the consumer laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, contact us first; you can also get free advice from the European Consumer Centre in your country.
