All countries of the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?
€5 for orders under €50. Free for orders of €50 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it. After it ships, you can still return it within 14 days.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. Email us your order number and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. See our Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of your cancellation, to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
